Great news! Casey’s Link Worker program is up and running!

Offering short term assistance over the phone for people who need information on services and social activities, as well as practical support to connect.

The Link Worker program is available to help residents with:

  • Help to find a local social or exercise group or special interest group
  • Help around the home or assistance to navigate aged and disability services
  • Connecting to carer support
  • Managing mental health and wellbeing
  • Financial support for budgeting, paying fines, utility bills and Centrelink
  • Housing assistance for homelessness or those at risk
  • Developing skills eg: short courses, computers, English classes or other languages
  • Information about family violence or elder abuse support
  • Advocacy support
  • Volunteering opportunities
  • Crisis support, food relief and material aid
  • Local events and festivals

Kate and Narelle are available from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
